History and Vision

Our history begins in 2013 in Riccione Emilia Romagna when a top ranked business manager and brilliant entrepreneur decided to personally invest and create a new food manufacturing company called Alimenta Produzioni Srl.


Alimenta is an Italian bakery based on authentic artisanal recipes produced in high quality, volume, and consistency. Today the company is one of Italy's leaders in manufacturing of baked goods such a Piadina bread, Neapolitan Pizza crust and derivates. We have over 200 employees, 170,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, and 500 tons of grains directly harvested to insure our premium gourmet products. Alimenta has established a permanent market presence in 10 different countries in the World: Italy, USA, Australia, Japan, China, UK, Denmark, Swiss, Germany, France and Sweden.

Alimenta USA Corp, is an American subsidiary of Alimenta Produzioni Srl. The company vision is to create a solid “bridge” between the US and the Italian food world.  Perseverance, knowledge, and professionalism, are the virtues that helped fuel the growth of Alimenta USA.  Our team of Italian food masters continues to create and produce the best of Italian artisanal baked products to be imported and enjoyed in the US.
